“Along with other District Attorneys, I urge the State Legislature to approve the modernization of New York Courts as proposed by Chief Judge DiFiore. It is time to streamline this labyrinthine maze of courts we have been saddled with in New York for too long. The proposed changes will make our State Court system more efficient, equitable and just across the board. These are important progressive steps that need to move forward.”
