Background
On Sunday, July 12, 2020, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Connor Scanlan’s neighbors on Friends Road heard loud bangs and repeated impacts to the side of their home. Yorktown Police responded. When they arrived, they found several bullet holes in the siding of both the Scanlan residence and the adjoining house. One bullet entered the neighbor’s bathroom and landed in the shower where a woman was bathing. She was not injured.
