Defendant: Nahyime Goldson (DOB 08/25/95)

June 11, 2019 -- Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced Nahyime Goldson of the Bronx was found guilty following a jury trial before Westchester County Court Judge Susan Cacace.

Specifically, the jury found him guilty of Burglary in the Second Degree, a class C felony, and Stalking in the Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor.

He was remanded to County Jail awaiting sentencing July 30, 2019.

Background
In August 2018, while working as a cable television installer, Nahyime Goldson was in a Mount Vernon residence. While there, he subjected a 19-year-old woman to unwanted sexual advances, placing her in fear that a sex crime may be committed against her. When told to leave, he remained unlawfully in her home.

Assistant District Attorney Michelle Lopez, Chief of the Sex Crimes Bureau, prosecuted the case.
