Defendant: Harry Quintana-Cruz aka “YG” (DOB 06/14/91)

July 30, 2019 – Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino Jr. announced that Harry Quintana-Cruz of Yonkers has been sentenced to 6.5 years in state prison for the Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B felony.

Westchester County Court Judge George Fufidio administered the sentence Friday, July 25, 2019. Quintana-Cruz, a second felony offender, pleaded guilty April 8, 2019, following his arrest by Yonkers Police in December.

Background
On four separate occasions in March and April 2017, Quintana-Cruz sold crack cocaine to an undercover Yonkers Police Officer in the Nodine Hill section of the city. Narcotics officers focused on that area because of the activity of the 150 Clan, a gang operating in that vicinity.

This case was part of a multi-agency 2017 narcotics investigation in the City of Yonkers conducted by the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, the Yonkers Police Department and the Westchester County Department of Public Safety.

Assistant District Attorney Stephen A. Ronco of the Investigations Division prosecuted the case.
