The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office offers full- and part-time internships for undergraduate students. Full-time internships are offered during the summer and part-time internships (10-15 hours per week) are offered during the fall and spring semesters. These programs offer students an opportunity to gain public service experience, working closely with ADAs on various aspects of prosecutorial work. Students will assist with the investigations and prosecutions of criminal cases, and trial preparation. Interns may have the opportunity to go to court to observe hearings and trials.

• Spring Semester: Begins in January and concludes in May. Applications due by Nov. 1
• Summer Semester: Begins in June and concludes in July/August. Applications due March 1
• Fall Semester: Begins in September and concludes in December. Applications due by Aug.1
