The Westchester County District Attorney's Office has full and part-time internship positions available throughout the year.

  • During the fall and spring semesters, part-time positions available to both law school students and undergraduates.
  • During the summer, full-time positions available to law students and part-time positions available to undergraduates.

Applications should be submitted as follows:

  • Spring semester: Begins in January and concludes in May. Applications for the spring semester should be submitted by Dec. 1.
  • Summer semester: Begins in June and concludes in July/August. Applications for the summer semester should be submitted by Feb. 1.
  • Fall semester: Begins in September and concludes in December. Applications for the fall semester should be submitted by Aug. 1.

Internships provide a great opportunity for students to learn about the District Attorney's office as well as the workings of the criminal justice system.
