COVID-19 Update
In light of current events surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, the Governor has tolled time limits under the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) from March 20, 2020 to April 19, 2020. Nevertheless, to the extent practicable given current limitations on staffing and the ability to access archived files, we will endeavor to respond to your request as expeditiously as possible, and will keep you apprised of the status of your request. Cognizant of our obligations to ensure access to government records, we appreciate your patience at this time.
