Defendant: Nahyime Goldson (DOB 08/25/95)

Aug. 10, 2018 -- Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced Nahyime Goldson of the Bronx was arraigned Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, on a charge of Burglary in the Second Degree: as a Sexually Motivated crime, a class C felony.

The felony complaint alleges, Goldson was in a Mount Vernon home around 9 a.m. working as a cable television installer. While there, he subjected a woman to unwanted sexual advances, and, when asked to leave, remained unlawfully in her home and subjected the victim to unwanted sexual contact. Because of the nature of the crime, few details are being made available.

Mount Vernon police arrested Goldson Aug. 5, 2018. He was arraigned in Mount Vernon City Court and has been released on bail. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 6, 2018.

Assistant District Attorney Michelle Lopez, Chief of the Sex Crimes Bureau, is prosecuting the case.
