Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Tyrell Taylor aka Ruger and Miracle (DOB 03/30/87) of 156 South Fulton Avenue, Mount Vernon, New York, was arraigned on a forty five count indictment charging him with:

The defendant would use tactics of both physical and mental intimidation against the victims including a course of physical assault, threatening and stalking behavior designed to intimidate them into sexual acts. The defendant also followed some of the victims on public streets and repeatedly struck, restrained, threatened and choked them.
The allegations contained in this indictment show how this defendant, a violent serial rapist, over a period of years preyed upon vulnerable young women in the City of Mount Vernon, by stalking, threatening, intimidating, and raping them. The courage shown by these victims to come forward surely has saved additional young women from becoming future victims, said District Attorney Janet DiFiore after the defendant was arraigned.

The defendant faces a maximum of twenty five years to life in state prison on each of the top counts of the indictment.
