pair convicted in Westchester
County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Charles Parsley (DOB
in
connection with the murder of Sandra Hackley and the
shootings of her husband Rafael Cornielle and 12
year old daughter. On Thereafter, one of the defendants was
recorded on video surveillance entering the apartment building under the ruse
of delivering a package to Ms. Hackley. The male wore a shirt that said “ Additional video surveillance in
the lobby showed that the second defendant had previously entered the
apartment building and secreted himself in an area near Ms. Hackley’s apartment. On several occasions, the second
defendant appeared to be pacing back and forth in the building’s lobby and
looking out towards the street, prior to the arrival of Ms. Hackley, her family and his accomplice. When the victim’s husband opened
the apartment door to accept the “delivery”, the two gunmen pushed their way
into the apartment and fired their handguns. The victim’s husband was shot
multiple times in the doorway. Ms. Hackley
was shot five times in the living room and died at the scene. Her twelve year
old daughter was shot once in the leg. The two gunmen fled through the front

initiated by detectives from the Yonkers Police Department in which they
developed information leading them to the two suspects in A third

“These defendants planned and carried
out the murder of a woman, the shooting of her husband and twelve year old
daughter, then calmly left the crime scene and were driven off, all as residents
in the community were in and around the area, said District Attorney Janet
DiFiore after the jury’s verdict. “The meticulous crime scene analyses, aggressive
follow up on numerous leads and shoe leather investigative work by detectives
from the Yonkers Police Department are what led to these two defendants, their
subsequent arrests and today’s convictions.” Both defendants were previously remanded
to the Westchester County Jail. Sentencing will be on They face
