June 7, 2017 -- Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced today that Neil White (DOB 09/02/69) of 3 Arbor Glen, New Rochelle, NY was arraigned on a Felony Complaint in New Rochelle City Court and charged with:
- one count of Murder in the Second Degree, a class “A” Felony.
The defendant pled not guilty.
His next court date is June 15, 2017.
The defendant is remanded.
He faces 25 years to life in state prison.
This case is still under investigation.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Paul Stein, the Child Abuse/Elder Abuse Bureau Chief of the Special Prosecutions Division.
