If you would like to file a complaint about a person or business located in Westchester County, you can DOWNLOAD a complaint form.

Any supporting documents and photographs should be COPIES. We will not be able to return any material enclosed with the form.

The form MUST be mailed to the District Attorney's office at the address on the form.

We do not accept complaints via fax or email.
