Defendant: Sean Deleon (DOB 01/19/95)

Aug. 8, 2018 -- Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced the arraignment of a second man in connection with the July 13, 2018, murder of a Bronx man in Peekskill. Sean Deleon of Shrub Oak is charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a class A felony. He was remanded into custody Tuesday following his arraignment in Peekskill City Court. The case has been waived to the Westchester County Grand Jury.

The felony complaint alleges, that Deleon, along with Demetrius Bogan (DOB 09/29/99) of Peekskill, shot and killed Khalil Lyons, 22, in the area of 1245 Park St. around 2:30 p.m. July 13, 2018. 

Co-defendant Bogan was arrested Friday, July 27, 2018, following a three-week investigation into the fatal shooting. Bogan is charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a class A felony. Bogan is being held in County Jail. His case was also waived to the Westchester County Grand Jury.

Assistant District Attorneys Nadine Nagler, Deputy Bureau Chief the Vehicular Homicide Division, and Joseph Servino are prosecuting the case.
